Flavor Notes

Brut Bubble Wine

A little bubbly for bubbles.. makes me want to sing oohlala!! 🙂

If you like bubbles.. come and enjoy a glass with me!

Brut Bubble Wine. The bubbles are normally the first thing one notices. It’s a dry sparkling wine. While not all sparkling wine is Champagne, all Champagne is sparkling wine. Does this make sense? So in essence, this is Champagne! YAY!

My average use runs from .2% up to 1% and I don’t see me taking it any higher than that. Why? I am super sensitive to the bubbles Brut Bubble Wine has. It is loaded with bubbles and I pick up a zest with it at 1% meaning.. I have pushed the flavor a bit too high when it starts to morph and mutate. Always think on the signs you taste. It helps in your mixes. Any off notes on a flavor you know, then you have taken it too far.

I really enjoy working with it and have been known to sub this for Citrus Soda.. it takes on other flavors and blends well after a few days steep. If you come up with other uses for Brut Bubble Wine and want to share.. you are more than welcome to join my group on FB. 🙂
