Cake or cookie? Creams or not? Hints of almonds and other nuts.. with or without cherries and other jams, (yeah I said cherry!) Cover in glazes with all kinds of colors.. or just sprinkled with coconut.. This is one of my favorite flavors to play with.

Contrary to popular belief, this is not the smooth rounded macaroons that float around on the internet.. it is these globby looking, coconut sprinkled macaroons. If you are aiming for those colored ones.. it might take some work, but it can happen! I know. I do have a private recipe for the round circular cookies myself.. >big grins!

So.. usage.. here I go.. from .2% up to 1.2% this macaroon is just to dye for.. get it?? haha!! as a solo, it’s good.. with add ins.. it’s even better. I have used macaroon in my Lemon Tart Pie

So you can say that the funky macaroon and I are pretty good friends.. I just do not take anything with this flavor out.. as I never come back home with it.. Someone always ends up draining my tank or walking off with my juice.. If you want to play with a winning flavor.. try out the macaroon.. just get your own bottle! 🙂
