For those in the know, I salute you!

Starch base… yeps! It is in the additive category.. and it is considered a helper flavor. Could this be the missing “white bread”? possibly..

I use starch base at around .2% to .4% so around in that area, you just might find your slices of white bread haha!

Starch base can also contribute to those cookies, or even that cake.. try it out and see if I am right or wrong 🙂

It’s pretty good, in my own opinion.. those that have had it say that it’s toast.. with a touch of Apple jam, and the butter just does not quit! 🙂 If you have the flavors.. give it a try.. 🙂

There is also my Rice Crispy… and even tho it did turn out like a real marshmallow treat.. it’s not an all day for me.. handy to have around when you just crave something sweet, till you know exactly what you want..
