Somewhere between lemon cake and lemon sugar cookie. This is a fresh citrus bakery flavor with a slightly smokey vanilla note. Can be a great tool with creams, any lemon bakery or other citrus pastry. Worth experimenting with Cured and Arabian type tobacco flavors as well. Don’t be afraid to try this complex flavor as a solo flavor.

Yeps… dig for yourself, you can read it word for word up on their own site.. However! I would never ever take this flavor up to 4%. I won’t even try 1% even tho I did a 1% a ways back in time haha!! nopes.. I really like it at .8% and sometimes I will use it as a back up for a cookie mix, helps fluff up that cookie flavor, and turns out the best ginger snaps when used at .4% and the snaps at .2% and yeps.. that low. You do not really need a lot.. just a little 😉

My best recipe with this funky flavor.. btw.. I get a nutty cookie, with a touch of spice.. I dunno on what they say about a lemon cake or cookie with smoky?? I can see where one would get a vanilla out of it .. but on to my recipe!!
