Looking to pump up those cinnamon rolls or for a yeasty dough filling? This is what you need. light sweet and so many things you can do with this flavor.
My main usage runs from .4% up to 1% and anything higher.. eh.. not too crazy about. If you use it a bit too much, you will know and it can really turn into a hot mess. even that 1% is very rare.. I like it at .6% for a supporting flavor. This is not a main note of a flavor!
My best recipe with sweet dough in it is… tada… 😀
